Head Protection

The ADVENT and Vector were designed for workers who need greater head protection, especially in industries such as forestry, oil and gas drilling, emergency rescue, and others where there is high risk or lateral and overhead impacts, including those resulting from falls.

The most comfortable Bullard hard hat, featuring a wider profile and brim to offer better protection from the elements. The Classic comes equipped with Bullard 6-point self-sizing or Flex-Gear® ratchet suspension system. Both suspension systems allow for a truly customized fit with 1" wide nylon straps, vertical adjustment snaps and an absorbent cotton brow pad. All Classic hats and caps conform to ANSI Z89.1-2003, Type I, Class E and G for Industrial Head Protection.

When economy and versatility are as important as quality and protection, choose from Models S51, S61, S62, or S71. These styles are lightweight, have a low trim profile and have low center of gravity for exceptional balance. These models are also available with either a 4-point self-sizing or Flex-Gear® ratchet suspension system.

Bullard has been pad printing logos on customer hats and caps for more than 15 years. We use the latest technology available to print clear, crisp logos in up to six different colors per logo and up to eight different locations around the cap.

Bump caps are designed to provide protection from bumps and scrapes in a variety of industries including: food/beverage processing, auto repair, utility meter reading, pest control and fruit harvesting.
