This expandable product is compatible with a range of performance-enhancing accessories that give law enforcement officers the ability to configure a tool that specifically meets individual job requirements.
TacSight S1 Advantages
Remote Monitoring and Recording - TacSight S1 is available with fully integrated wireless transmitter and portable receiving packages for remote monitoring and recording. The lightweight handheld MobileLink handheld receiver brings the action from TacSight to the palm of your hand, and provides a video out for easy recording. The Mobile Command Center gives you the capability to receive, display, record, and play back thermal imaging video in the field, all in a weatherproof rugged case.
Easy Charging - The TacPowerhouse Charging Station houses and continually charges the TacSight as well as an extra battery, so TacSight is ready when needed.
Fixed Mount for Surveillance - The optional TacPort, equipped with hardwire video-out and 12VDC auxiliary power, enables TacSight S1 to be tripod mounted for surveillance and monitoring applications.
Display Dimming - The optional TacScope attachable/detachable monocular eyepiece instantly transforms TacSight S1 into a monocular viewfinder, to eliminate backlighting of the user’s face for enhanced safety in high threat situations. TacSwitch, a standard feature, provides multi-position display brightness control to minimize backlighting in high threat situations.
Interchangeability - TacSight S1 batteries, as well as the TacPowerhouse Charging Station, are completely interchangeable with the popular T3/T4 series, the leading product in fire service thermal imaging.
Interoperability - Wireless transmitters and receivers available with TacSight utilize the same 2.4 GHz 4-channel frequency range as the entire range of Bullard thermal imagers. This interoperability ensures coordinated operations with other police departments and with area fire departments to maximize effectiveness on an emergency scene.
Durability - Bullard engineers designed the TacSight series of thermal imagers specifically for law enforcement use, but with the same rugged design as the company’s leading line of fire service thermal imagers.
