Bullard has elevated thermal imaging training to a new level by providing the Bullard Thermal Imaging Training CD, Version 4.0, with all new thermal imagers. The Training CD program meets the requirements established by LETA (Law Enforcement Thermographers’ Association) and is approved as a delivery and testing method for Basic Thermal Imaging certification. The program provides the user with a basic understanding of thermal imaging technology and Bullard Thermal Imager operations, as well as helping build a working knowledge of technology applications and common safety issues.
Customized to the user’s thermal imager, each section of the Training CD is fully narrated with videos, interactive sections and bullets that emphasize key points. The program allows an individual to progress at his or her own speed, based on his or her schedule. Upon successful completion of practice quizzes at the end of each section, the student can take a final exam to qualify for certification. The final test score is printed on a personalized certificate of completion as well as on the application for LETA certification.
