Rebecca Scholer Biography
Public Affairs Manager Rebecca Scholer directs funding programs for Bullard. In 2003, she developed inSIGHT, a program that has helped thousands of US firefighters and community leaders raise money locally for thermal imagers. She has authored articles on TI funding for top fire industry publications, including Firehouse Magazine, Advanced Rescue Technology Magazine and Fire Rescue Journal of Canada. Rebecca has a bachelor of science degree in journalism from Ball State University and an MBA from Indiana University, and she is based in Carmel, Indiana.
