“Call 911” Gumball and Toy Dispenser

Edina Technical Products, a leading manufacturer of vending equipment in the US, has developed an inexpensive gumball and toy dispenser that looks like an antique fire engine with gold leaf pin striping and scrolling corners. A red light and siren goes off for a few seconds each time the machine dispenses a gumball or toy as it bounds through a playfield to the delivery door. Each “Call 911” Silent Fundraising Machine features a sticker kit announcing that proceeds from the machine will go to the local fire department for funding their equipment needs.

Your department purchases the machines and derives the full monthly profits of the equipment. Members of the fire department can take turns spending a couple hours a month going to the locations to load gumballs and collect money from the machines.

Edina Technical Products supplies a how-to manual that helps fire departments address issues such as finding the best locations in their communities, how to service the machines, and how to work with the retail and location owners to make the effort a success. Details on the program are available in an information packet that you can order by calling 763-557-0242, or sending an e-mail to sales@edinatech.com.
