Reporting directly to Bullard’s Director of International Business, we are actively searching for the Europe Sales Manager, living in Germany, that will oversee a team of four employees. 


Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrate an unparalleled passion to meet our customer’s needs today and tomorrow.
  • Align, develop, and execute strategic sales and marketing objectives for Europe while supporting overall company goals and objectives.
  • Execute strategic direction based on a deep understanding of customer segmentation, marketplace trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities, areas for expansion to build on the current success of Bullard, and drive continued growth.
  • Lead the sales team in building a robust channel partner network to increase Bullard’s end user coverage.
  • Drive to exceed Key Performance Measures including sales achievement to plan, bookings, accurate regional forecasting, and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a customer-focused team cultivating a rewarding environment for people to make an impact.
  • Represent Bullard at appropriate customer meetings and trade shows



The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record of successfully growing and developing sales.  The ideal candidate must keep his or her finger on the pulse of rapidly evolving markets and industry trends, while ensuring Bullard remains close to our core markets and always puts the experience of our end users first.

  • 7+ years in sales, marketing, and business development in Europe demonstrating success in leading and delivery result, preferably with channel management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management. A master’s in business administrations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing talent.
  • Accomplished in sales leadership, market research and assessment, new business development, creative marketing for sales enablement, and CRM experience to enable growth and accountability, preferably Salesforce.
  • Hands-on self-starter with a passion for enthusiastically advocating for the customers’ needs, the products, and the Company.
  • Fluency in German and English a must. Other languages a plus.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal for both quantitative and qualitative information, in both German and English), presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in developing marketing and sales strategies, managing complex and multi-faceted programs, and driving efforts through to completion with the result of growth.
  • Ability and willingness to travel when needed is also required.
