We are currently searching for a Master Data Administrator to join our awesome team!

The Master Data Administrator will play a critical role in the ongoing improvement of our ERP for internal & external customers. They will function as the gatekeeper for all part setups in our ERP system. Responsibilities will be to ensure accuracy of BOM/MOM setups and ensure standards are followed to maintain efficiency and integrity of our ERP Data. This position plays a key role in our current data cleanup process and maintaining future integrity of our part setups and system accuracy. Building KPI reports and dashboards to analyze ongoing efforts will be critical to the success of this position.

 Essential Functions:

  •  Assist in developing strategies, policies, procedures to ensure integrity of all manufacturing ERP data
  • Create templates for part setups
  • Gatekeeper for new part setups in the system
  • Make recommendations for future upgrades
  • Identify gaps that need business alignment
  • Monitor systems to ensure security and availability to users
  • Evaluate and optimize part BOMs and MOM to improve performance
  • Maintain systems integrity, systems deployment, and security.
  • Develop KPI’s for trends, margins
  • Support end-user data requests in global environment


Preferred Qualifications Include: 


  • Bachelor Degree or 5+ years manufacturing engineering or cost accounting experience
  • Minimum of 2+ Years of data analysis experience
  • Prefer ability to create, schedule & manage Crystal Reports/SQL Server Reports
  • 1-2 years SQL Database Experience
  • Office 365 Expert at Excel and manipulating data
  • Report building, BI, Data analytic experience
  • Prefer Epicor ERP and EDI experience


Required Qualifications Include: 


  • Bachelor Degree or 3+ years manufacturing engineering or cost accounting experience
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Part setup and building BOM’s, MOM experience
  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized, with a positive attitude and able to work with all people in all levels of any business organization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
