Bullard Certifications and Awards

SHARP Logo
Bullard is proud to be in partnership with KYOSH as a Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) member. We regularly invite KYOSH into our facility to audit our Company and exchange “best practices” ideas. Less than 1% of eligible companies in Kentucky are members of this program. First certified in 2006, Bullard is now the longest tenured member of SHARP in Kentucky.
KY EXCEL Logo
Bullard continually works to be an environmentally friendly company. In 2007, Bullard applied and was accepted into the KY EXCEL program. Each participant is required to develop and submit an Environmental Management Plan (EMP), which is a written policy of Planning, Implementation, Operation, Checking and Corrective Action, Management Review and Commitment to Improvement. All KY EXCEL companies must submit at least one environmental project annually and report results by years end. Our recycling efforts run from paper, plastics and batteries to our global End of Product Life Policy for electronic products which enable us to track all components downstream to ensure environmental responsibility.
SHARP Certification

Bullard is a proud recipient of the Governor’s Health and Safety Award. To qualify for the award a company must achieve a required number of hours worked without experiencing a lost-time injury or illness. Bullard has applied for and received this award 3 times since 2007, recognizing over 3,000,000 hours in that span.

Bullard is committed to achieving Company excellence by partnering with our employees to create innovative safety products in a safe and productive work environment. Our prestigious awards recognize the dedication made by our employees to maintain a safe and healthy workplace, while manufacturing products that protect worker safety.
